2) You can cancel the Messaging Service at any time. Text “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to (516) 788-8138. After you send the SMS Message “STOP” or “UNSUBSRIBE” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have unsubscribed. After this you will no longer receive future notification from us.

3) Message and data rate may apply for any messages sent to you and from you to us. Netgital LLC is not liable for the cost of these messages. Please refer to the text or data plan from your wireless provider.

4) You understand that anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to view the messages received when you are using the Messaging Service. You agree that Netgital LLC is not liable to you if this happens.

5) By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your phone number when you opt-in to our Messaging Service, you allow Netgital LLC to contact you by text message at your mobile device using an automated messaging service.
